Please note: At this time, free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international APO/FPO addresses due to carrier constraints on heavy gas equipment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and queued for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays) following payment confirmation. Once your generator or package is loaded onto the freight or parcel carrier, a tracking confirmation email is automatically sent to your provided email address.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Transit Times
- Parcel Ground (UPS / FedEx Ground): Used for portable inverter generators (under 100 lbs), power stations, pressure washers, and replacement parts. Typical delivery time is 3 to 5 business days following shipment.
- LTL Heavy Freight with Liftgate Service: Heavy commercial generators (over 120 lbs, such as our 12,000W to 15,000W series) ship via specialized freight carriers on secure wooden pallets. The freight carrier will contact you via telephone to schedule an appointment window for delivery. Liftgate service is provided to lower the pallet from the truck bed to your driveway safely. Typical freight transit takes 4 to 7 business days.
Freight Delivery Inspection Guidelines
When receiving an LTL heavy freight delivery:
- Inspect the exterior of the crate or cardboard box before signing the carrier's Delivery Receipt (Bill of Lading).
- If you notice noticeable puncturing, crushing, or oil leakage on the packaging, please note "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the shipment.
- Take photographs of the exterior carton and notify our support team immediately at support@genmax.net so we can dispatch an immediate replacement unit.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from the freight or parcel carrier. You can also contact our customer service team at any time with your order number to get live dispatch updates.
